How to Place an Order
To place a non-website order you may call us at 888-575-WINE (9463).

To place an order through the DoorstepWine.com website, follow these simple steps:
  • Click the "Add To Cart" button on the pages displaying the products you want to purchase.
  • Adjust quantity if necessary on the Shopping Cart page, then click "Update" to view the modified total.
  • Click the "Checkout" button from the Shopping Cart page.
  • If you are not logged in, the next page will ask you to log in or use the form to create your account.
  • Enter your billing and shipping information on the Checkout page. If you've entered this information on another occasion, confirm that it's correct and make any necessary changes by either entering new information or visiting the "My Account" page prior to continuing. Then press the "Continue" button.
  • Review your order and select your shipping method. Press the "Continue" button.
  • Finally, review the order total. When you're satisfied that everything is correct, click the "Place Order" button. You will receive your order confirmation page after you pay at and return from PayPal. Your order is now complete.
  • You may check the status of your order by returning to www.doorstepwine.com and visiting the "My Account" page, and clicking on the "View Your Order History" link.
You can place your order, check the status of your order or review a past order, and get answers to any questions you may have about DoorstepWine.com or our products by contacting us.


Payment Options
We use PayPal.com for our website order transactions as they offer a higher level of security. You do not need an account to use PayPal, you may pay directly with a major credit card.

You must provide us with a working phone number in order for us to contact you to confirm your order and in case of problems with your order.

Your browser and DoorstepWine.com's secure server encrypt confidential information during transmission, ensuring that transactions stay private and protected. If any unauthorized use of your credit card occurs as a result of your credit card purchase from DoorstepWine.com, simply notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.


Bottle Limits & Availability
In some instances state law regulates product availability and/or whine purchase limitations. Working within state and local laws may prevent our ability to fulfill order requests.


Out Of Stock Items
Though we continually monitor inventory to ensure product availability, there are times when products may be out of stock. If that occurs, wine representatives are available to suggest comparable substitutions. In cases where a substitution is necessary, we will email you before shipping and provide the option to select other items. If you decide not to make a substitution, we will ship available items minus the out of stock item(s) or cancel the order, if you prefer to do so.


Tracking Your Order
If you placed your order at our website you can log in to your account and either view your order history or search by your order number to check on order tracking. Both website and non-website orders can also contact via email at customerservice@doorstepwine.com and we will track your order and check the status of your delivery. Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carrier's site.

If you think your order is late, please remember that:
  • Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing for non-website orders and from PayPal.
  • Express shipping orders, if available, placed by 11:59 am ET will ship the same day - orders placed after will ship the next business day.
  • Delivery occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

Return Policy
DoorstepWine.com guarantees the quality of all our products and services. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order at customerservice@doorstepwine.com.

Cancelled and/or returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Following the wine trade tradition, all bottles ten years or older are purchased at the buyer's risk.


Refunds
DoorstepWine.com processes refunds to the credit card or PayPal account used at the time of the purchase upon receiving your returned shipment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

DoorstepWine.com guarantees quality products and service. Order processing time is contingent upon credit card authorization and does not include weekends or holidays.
